Orthotics are shoe inserts that, over a period of time, can be used to realign your foot to improve your running or walking. They are intended to change the angle at which your foot will make contact with a running or walking surface so that eventually it will become more efficient and comfortable for you. You could have orthotics fitted into any footwear from boots to dress shoes or your favourite athletic shoes so that your foot function is improved.
